Hi beautiful guests and future guests of Maven & Co. Collective!

My name is Raschell and I have been a Maven Babe since 2020. The sisterhood this salon has makes it feel like a lifetime! 

I’ve been doing hair since 2004, too many years to count. I find my passion behind the chair in educating my guests on what works best for them. I get giddy about customizing a routine and hair goals each and every visit . 

I specialize in blonding, which means anytime we want to add lightness and dimension in the hair whether on a brunette or blonde canvas, I am your gal! 

Inspiring and collaborating with new up and coming stylists has been a recent journey I have traveled. I had the pleasure of mentoring and learning right beside several talented associate stylists since my journey at Maven, and look forward to working with and inspiring more. 

When I am not in the salon, you can find me running after my 2 boys and snuggling my new baby girl. My husband and I love entertaining guests at our home, traveling, road trips, and camping with our kiddos and fur doggies! 

My 'me' time consists of peloton rides, outdoor bike rides, yoga, wine with friends, girls trips, crime junkies and Britt Seva podcasts!
