  1. Do I need to wash my hair before coming?

  • Not at all! Come as you are and let us help you relax with our luxurious treatment lounge experience, complete with shampoo service.

2. What happens during the consultation?

  • The consultation is a time for you to connect with your stylist and share your vision for your hair. Topics will include how you wear your hair daily and the maintenance schedule you prefer.

3. Can I book extensions as a first-time guest?

  • Absolutely! To ensure a perfect color match, we do offer a complimentary consulation reservation prior to the install reservation- feel free to reach out for more information.

4. Where do I park?

  • Great question! Downtown Pleasanton has many parking options for our guests. We have street parking right in front of our salon, as well as a parking lot less than a block away.
